disneyland has been on our travel list for like 4 years, but we always end up going elsewhere! I think disneyworld will need to be a trip made during our year in the carribean!

Look what I made! So my lovely friend Kristen is taking care of my cat while I go to Seattle for the weekend to do some shopping. To thank her I baked these lovely coconut cookies sandwiched between dark chocolate ganache. They turned out a lot larger than I think they are supposed to be……which is not really a bad thing.
